Mongolian Natural History Museum
The Mongolian Natural History Museum is best known for its dinosaur and other paleontological exhibits, including a nearly complete skeleton of a late Cretaceous Tarbosaurus tyrannosaurid and widespread Protoceratops egg nests.
The museum holds natural history specimens from Mongolia in the fields of geology, geography, flora and fauna, paleontology, and anthropology. There are more than 6000 specimens in total, 45% of which were permanently on public display. So, if you’re a dinosaur lover and want to learn more about geology, this museum is for you.
