Furnishing a Traditional Mongolian Yurt
The furniture inside a traditional Mongolian yurt is painted in a vibrant orange hue, adorned with colorful symbolic patterns inspired by nature, much like the wooden structure itself.

Despite its enclosed exterior, the interior of a Mongolian yurt is surprisingly bright. The central opening around the perimeter, partially covered with felt, allows natural light to filter through while accommodating the stove’s chimney. Sunlight streams in from above, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere inside.
